Eligibility for a Refund

Services: For our consulting and advisory services, including keynote speeches and executive advising, we offer full refunds according to our mutually agreed upon contract terms. Due to the nature of these services, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations that occur 1) in breach of our mutually agreed upon contractual terms, 2) with less than 14 days advance notice, or 3) after travel costs have been incurred. However, we may offer a credit for future services at our discretion.
Subscriptions: For subscription-based services, you may cancel according to our mutually agreed upon contractual terms. We will issue refunds per those contractual terms.
Products: Products purchased on this site are all custom printed on demand. Due to this, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please carefully select sizes and colors to ensure satisfaction with your purchases. If there is a defect in the manufacturing of the product, we will request that you provide us with a photo of the problem so that a replacement, refund, or a credit can be considered.
