Fulfillment Policy
Services provided
Dr. Lisa Palmer provides professional services: keynote speaking, AI strategy roadmaps, executive advisory, and upskilling and certification programs. All engagements are scoped in writing before work begins.
Delivery
Speaking and workshop engagements are delivered on the agreed date, in person or virtually as specified in the agreement. Advisory and roadmap engagements are delivered according to the schedule in the statement of work. Digital materials are provided electronically to the contact named in the agreement.
Scheduling and confirmation
A date is confirmed once the agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Travel arrangements for in-person engagements are handled as described in the agreement.
Payment
Invoices are issued per the terms of the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are due at booking and the balance is due on or before delivery.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the engagement date may reschedule within 12 months at no additional fee. Cancellations inside 30 days may forfeit the deposit, as the date is held exclusively. Dr. Lisa will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests caused by circumstances beyond either party's control.
Refunds
If a service is not delivered as agreed, a full or prorated refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion will be issued. Refund requests should be sent to the email address below and will be acknowledged within five business days.
