What we collect
We collect information you enter in site forms, such as your name, email, phone, organization, role, answers about AI use and training, and tools used. We also collect session registration details and basic site analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage registrations and invoices, send session materials, improve our programs, and produce aggregated, anonymized research on workplace AI adoption.
We never publish information that identifies you or your organization without your permission.
If you try the interactive experiment on our keynote pages, your answers are recorded against an anonymous visitor ID. Once you contact us, those experiment answers may be linked to your inquiry so we can prepare a more relevant reply.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
Assessments
Attendees may complete an n.print profile, which is governed by its own privacy terms.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site, email, payments, and our customer relationship records, or when required by law.
Security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and access controls.
